 The Lifestyle Redesign Course 


Designed to Help You Transform Unnecessary Stress, Anxiety & Pain into Greater Connection, Meaning, and Joy.

Rooted in yogic wisdom, meditation, and mindfulness techniques, this course has been designed to guide you through an enlightening and empowering journey of self-awareness, mindset shifts, and spiritual alignment toward a more fulfilling life.

 

Course Structure:

  • 4 Weekly Workshops (1 module every 4 weeks)

  • 2 x 45-minute Personal Coaching Calls

  • Simple Daily Exercises

  • Community Environment

  • Unlimited Support

 Self-Awareness and Personal Transformation Course 

​

This course includes just the 4 Workshops (no personal coaching, daily exercises, community, or ongoing support).

 

Each of the workshops will be interactive, and your authentic expression throughout the course is encouraged. 

 

Each session will also include a guided meditation, and you are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
