12-Week Personal Lifestyle Redesign Coaching Course
This 12-week coaching course is designed to help you redesign your lifestyle by integrating yoga and other universally accepted spiritual and philosophical principles into your daily life.

Each of the 12 sessions will focus on key topics with specific outcomes. You will also receive weekly exercises to do between the sessions designed to keep you fully immersed to help you embody lasting change, growth and transformation.
Week 1: Conscious Breathing & Pearl of Knowledge
Description: This session introduces the foundational practice of conscious breathing as a gateway to presence and inner peace. You'll also explore the "Pearl of Knowledge," a fundamental principle to guide your transformation.
Outcome: Gain right knowledge and develop awareness of the breath and its power to center and ground you.
Week 2: Who Am I? – Beyond The Labels & The Yugas
Description: Explore your true self beyond societal labels and conditioning. Understand the Yugas, the great cosmic cycles that influence human consciousness.
Outcome: Gain deeper self-awareness and understand personal and collective cycles of growth.
Week 3: Embracing Uncertainty & Your Inherent Powers
Description: Discover the power of embracing life's uncertainties and tapping into your inherent gifts and strengths.
Outcome: Build resilience, confidence, clarity and inner trust.
Week 4: Authentic Happiness – Mindfulness, Kindness & Gratitude
Description: Cultivate authentic, unconditional happiness through mindfulness, acts of kindness to self and others, and the practice of gratitude.
Outcome: Shift your mindset to one of joy and appreciation.
Week 5: Perception, Truth, Beliefs and No Beliefs
Description: Learn how perception shapes your reality and how to let go of ‘stuff’ that limits you and hides you from yourself. During this session we will deep dive more into beliefs, no beliefs, choices and consequences. You will discover Reprogramming & Tinkering, as well as identifying and releasing the five kleishas (causes of suffering) and start transitioning from a restless "monkey mind" to a disciplined, focused mind.
Outcome: Free yourself from unnecessary suffering and cultivate inner mastery. Gain clarity on your truth and experience freedom through letting go and surrender.
Week 6: Be Still - Silence & Stillness are Your Friends
Description: Explore the transformative power of silence and stillness as tools for self-discovery.
Outcome: Develop inner peace and greater connection to who you are, beyond the mind.
Week 7: Rosa Sadhana – Feelings & Emotions & Sat Chit Ananda
Description: Understand and connect with your emotions as guides and explore the state of blissful awareness (Sat Chit Ananda).
Outcome: Learn to navigate emotions with awareness and wisdom to experience greater acceptance and joy.
Week 8: Frameworks for Life – Yoga & The Teachings of Lord Buddha
Description: (Re)introduce yourself to universally accepted principles and frameworks for life including Yoga and the teachings of Lord Buddha.
Outcome: Develop a strong philosophical foundation for enlightened, empowered and conscious living.
Week 9: Elements, Gunas & Light
Description: Deepen your understanding of the 7 elements and 3 gunas (qualities of nature) to achieve balance, purity and goodness. During this session you will also explore and experience the concept of spiritual light.
Outcome: Achieve greater harmony by aligning with natural energies.
Week 10: OM, Creating Space & Love
Description: Explore the vibrational power of OM, cultivate inner spaciousness, and align with the principles and energy of love.
Outcome: Deepen spiritual connection, increased space, emotional openness and holistic wellbeing.
Week 11: The Vital Life Force – Prana, Raja Yoga & The 4 States of Mind
Description: Harness prana for vitality, explore Raja Yoga as the path of meditation, and understand the different states of consciousness.
Outcome: Improve mental clarity, energy, connection and stability.
Week 12: Final Integration & Key Takeaways
