Transform your life with a structured 12-week journey designed to help you realign with your true self. This course integrates universally agreed and time-tested spiritual and philosophical principles to guide you toward a more loving, peaceful and joyful life - more of who you are, beyond your current thoughts into a more direct and real experience.

✅ 12 x 1-Hour Private Coaching Calls (Google Meet or Whatsapp) – Each week we will share a key principle and help you see how this applies to your personal life. The hour will be used to share a key point class and then have a conversation.

✅ Weekly Reflection & Action Exercises – With fire you can reshape iron, with immersion comes transformation. In addition to weekly exercises and missions you will also receive random messages, quotes, songs, chants, short videos, and optional exercises throughout the course.
✅ Guided Meditations & Mindfulness Practices – Deepen your self-awareness, peace, freedom and joy.

This course is designed to reduce the amount of knowledge you have, not increase it.
We do this on each coaching call which is typically structured as -

5-10 minutes mantra or worship music

10-20 minute topic class

5-10 minute subject video and/or meditation

20 - 30 minute chat around you and your life - we discuss anything you want, you can ask any questions and I will do my best to guide and advise as best I can, to my limited level of understanding

Week 1

The Pearl of Knowledge – Foundations of Awareness, Releasing Blocks & Self Compassion

An understand of course objectives, structure and seeing the interweaving nature of the steps involved. Knowing the outcome. The agreed meaning and benefits of golden knowledge and choice. Gain a direct experience and presence of your spiritual truth through Raja Yoga Meditation, forming the foundation for all future course work.
DESCRIPTION
Following a course overview we look afresh at our current collective predicament and your personal circumstances, here and now. You will uncover the causes of suffering and then through knowledge, awareness and letting go, learn to anchor yourself in the joy and freedom of who you are, here and now. You will start to explore your inner world and connection to life in a new and more authentic way.

Week 2

Who Am I and What Do I Want? – Beyond Labels, Ego & The Nature of Being

Break free from false identities, gain clarity about your true nature, and align with your soul’s unfolding journey. Letting go off what is not you. Developing new practices and habits to be more you. Ever-Expanding Gratitude. An introduction to the 3 Gunas, Projections, Choice and Surrendering Choice.

DESCRIPTION
​
Building on week 1 we further explore true self-awareness and identity beyond our subjective thoughts and beliefs. We peel away conditioned identities and explore who you are beyond the blemished and scratched lens through which we see, belief and understand. Discover new techniques to guide your journey and uncover the deeper intelligence guiding your path. Raja Yoga or L, The States of Mind and your Personal Powers.

Week 3
​
Embracing Uncertainty & The Art of Surrender
​
OUTCOME
​
Develop inner stability, trust, faith, peace of mind, no-mind, and the ability to live as a witness to what is and create change. Letting go of what is not you.
DESCRIPTION
We are not the fear, confusion and life circumstance we appear to be, we are something way beyond our bodies and egoic thoughts ad beliefs. The ego loves time whilst the soul lives in here and now in eternity. Learn to trust life’s unfolding by strengthening resilience and surrendering to the natural flow. Further explore breath and meditation techniques that help regulate emotions and navigate uncertainty with awareness, grace and trust.

Week 4
​
Authentic Happiness – The Alchemy of Gratitude, Presence and Kindness

Shift from seeking happiness to embodying it and learn how to make your happiness and wellbeing unconditional, even when you're physically unwell and emotionally sad and unhappy! Start cultivating ever expanding love, peace and joy and deepening your resolve for truth and living an authentic life.

Happiness is not something to be found; it is something to be uncovered. By embracing gratitude, mindfulness, and kindness, you will learn to dissolve resistance and experience the joy of simply being. During his weeks classes we will further explore the common agreed upon principles for authentic living by bona fide spiritual, religious and philosophical leaders and teachers, past and present.

Perception, Truth & Seeing Through Illusion

Free yourself from limiting perceptions, align with universal wisdom, and make decisions based on freedom of thought, clarity and truth. Remove 'specs from the lenses' and unite with truth.

The world is not as it seems—it is as you perceive it. Explore how your beliefs shape reality and learn to distinguish truth from illusion. Using choice and awareness, you will start to dissolve conditioned thinking and awaken to a deeper level of knowledge and seeing. Explore beyond beliefs, choice and the reality of truth, Absolute and Subjective Realities.

The Power of Silence & Stillness – Deepening Awareness

Develop a disciplined, present mind and cultivate inner peace which transcends subjective reality and external circumstances. Stillness in movement, silence in noise.

Wisdom arises largely in silence and stillness. By experiencing these two fundamental friends you will open the gateway to deeper self-awareness and knowledge of what is. Guided yoga meditation and breath awareness will help quiet the mind and reveal deeper insights. Deepening your connection with what is and always has been.

Week 7
​
Rosa Sadhana – Navigating Emotions & The Heart’s Wisdom

Strengthen emotional intelligence, build authentic connection with self and existence, and live from the wholeness that you are. Understand all emotions are necessary and not a part of who you are. Learn to be less reactive and more responsive. Understand the term 'Sat Chit Ananda' and more deeply the word 'Yoga'.

Emotions are not obstacles; they are guides. Learn to navigate them with presence and intelligence, using internal balance and conscious communication. Deepen relationships through heart-centered listening and discover Sat Chit Ananda—Existence, Consciousness, and Bliss. Let go more of what is not you and what is not serving you.

Frameworks For Life - A Deep Dive into Yoga and the Teachings of Lord Buddha

Gain a clear roadmap for living with wisdom, balance, and deep fulfilment in who you are and who you are becoming. Explore Yoga and The Teachers of Jesus, Buddha and Krishna as frameworks for self-awareness and union with the truth. A big day!

Ancient wisdom holds the key to modern transformation. Explore core teachings from Yoga and the voices of truth from the past and present. Using these teachings as a framework for good living. Realize further your unity with the core of existence. Begin crafting your own life framework for authentic living, aligning actions with purpose, joy and higher awareness. Choosing truth over ego.

Week 9

The Subtle Forces – Elements, Gunas & The Nature of Energy

Attune to the flow of life, cultivate balance, and refine your spiritual practice. Understand we are more than we think or know we are. Explore further our make up, choices and beliefs.

DESCRIPTION
​
Everything is energy. Discover how the seven elements and the three Gunas (qualities of nature) influence our state of being. Learn how to harmonize these forces through nature, movement, stillness, wisdom and mindful living. Taking bold, brave and intentional steps to a more enlightened and empowered way of life yet not neglecting or belittling your physical and material life. Many 'awakening people' experience great difficulties in daily life. It makes no sense. God says this, society does something very different. This weeks class helps at full being, whole being holistic healing, through awareness, understanding, gratitude and compassion.

OM, Love & The Boundless Self

Love is the highest frequency of existence. Explore the sacred power of OM, the resonance of unconditional love, and the expansiveness of being. Learn proven techniques and practices that dissolve separation and align you with the divine and all that is. Experience for yourself that only Love is real and realize you too are a known and loved prodigal child and can return to your Spiritual Parent whenever you wish.

Freedom & Choice – Being Who You Are & Who You Want To Be

Learn how to integrate wisdom and new insights into your daily life, community, relationships, and service. Consider committing to exercise, prayer and meditation every day for the rest of your life and living with your creator from this moment on. Start looking more at who you are than the world in which you live. Distinguishing further between spiritual eternal self and temporary physical self. Clearing karma, closing prayer and blessings.
